Maybe if you have the air suspension then you don't need an alignment. I just ordered a set of 1.25" bora. Can't wait to get them in.

Re: I Want Spacers

I just bought a set of 1.25" Bora spacers from a member here. Should get them early next week. Anxious to get them on. Might have gotten them by the weekend, but the holidays...

I might have to wait to spring until I can take those pics because I'm going to go straight to my winter setup which will be some SRT replika R148s in matte black with Hakka R2s. I just realized those are going to add 1.12 inches so it would probably be waaayyy too much to put the 1.5 spacers on in addition to that.

Re: I Want Spacers

Finally installed 275/55/20 terra grapplers G2 with 1.25 in bora spacers. No issues so far including a 2K mil trip to blue ridge GA with some mid off road fun. Car was tested in all modes and "no problems at all".
Great look, great tires !!
PS:
1) Pix was taken on level 2 off road setting.
2) speed will indicate 3 mil / hr below actual and consumption increase a fraction. Working on a solution to calibrate speed indication error. If any one has a solution already please advise.ImageUploadedByJeepGarage1459051274.570535.jpg

Re: I Want Spacers

Just picked up a '16 limited 75th anniversary. I'm set on the RRO spacer lift with 1.25" wheel spacers. I just can't seem to find a definitive answer on if a 275/60 will fit with the 20" wheel. Of course the 275/55 fits without issue. Went specifically with limited as I didn't want quadralift and can run an actual lift with out being electronically forced to lower it over 30 mph.

Looking at either the nitto terragrappler or exograppler, as these are about 10 lbs lighter than the

Any insight would be appreciated...

Re: I Want Spacers

I agree, the 20in rims in my Overland seem to be flushed toward the inside more.
A little push toward the outside with a spacer would be amazing for stance purposes

275/60 will be a stretch.. my 275/55 KO2's w/ 1.5" spacers are in there pretty tight. I know Alludc runs ~33" OD tires which is what those 275/60 are. I don't think I've seen anyone run bigger than 275/55 on stock wheels. Don't blame you though, the 75th anniversary wheels are sharp.

Going to send you a PM on those bfgs. Are you running any type of spacer/lift?

Alludc is getting away with the 33" by use of a wheel with favorable offset and believe he has an extra .5" with the 5100s. I wouldn't mind adding the 5100s myself but want to keep my nivomat rear for the load leveling. Wouldn't think the 5100 fronts and nivomat rear would be a huge deal but unsure until someone chimes in who has tried it.

Re: I Want Spacers

Trying to compare the visual impact of spacers with all the various wheel and tire combinations was becoming a nightmare for me, so I put together an excel workbook that simplifies things a bit (attached). Hopefully someone finds it useful.

The "current" column is pre-loaded with the OEM stock measurements that came with my jeep. The "proposed" column can be populated with the your new (if applicable) tire, wheel, and spacer. I currently have it filled out with aftermarket items I purchased so I could gauge the total outward change. You can also use it to compare or mirror from other modified jeeps (if you know their specs).

Re: I Want Spacers

Can't find it in this thread, but what did everyone do with the o-rings on the hubs when they put the spacers on? Keep them in place, put them on the spacers, or remove altogether?
