I want to upgrade my brake system to the Wilwood calipers.

Hi,
I want to upgrade my brake system to the Wilwood calipers.
Does anyone have any experience with Wilwood calipers on 2011-2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

Thanks

Yes, you are right. A SRT Brembo calipers and rotors can fit to normal WK2. But I guess Wilwood will be cheaper than Brembo.

Thanks

Well i have no clue as to the price/cost of either upgrade, but fact that the brembo's are more of a R&R and any extra parts needed can be had at a FCA dealer. Just makes me think of how much i hate forming brake lines when i can buy pre formed.

Also are you looking to just add wildwood calipers and not larger rotors ?

I would like to improve the brakes on my WK2 limited. Brembos from the SRT are the only option I have found so far. However I want to still use my stock 18" rims. So the Brembos are not an option for me.

I searched Wilwood but didn't see any that fit. Did you find some that can be adapted to fit?

you could try R1concepts. i got there slotted rotors front and rear and upgraded to ceramic pads. made a world of a difference in my WK1

Thanks for the lead. R1 Concepts looks like a nice vendor.
I have had good luck running Hawk HP pads on my 2004 GTO on the street. A little more dust than oem pads but a lot better stopping, even in the cold. Seems like an easy thing to try.
