Re: Installed new Hellwig rear sway today

It has been said that poly would be "noisier" but most come with a synthetic lubricant that would minimize, if any, noise.
When I went with poly bushings on my front & rear sway bars on another car I own, there wasn't any increased noise levels. The poly bushings will keep it "flatter" in the corners as they do not have the flex typical rubber bushings have that are installed for comfort, not performance. Not sure that I really noticed much of a difference tbh.

Installed new Hellwig rear sway today

Is the rear sway bar install a fairly easy DIY?

Tried searching for a write up, but did not find anything.

Any tips/tricks or special tools?

My GC will stay mostly stock, but would love to mitigate some of this body roll.

Thanks again.

sway bar is easy once you take the end links off which is annoying, very limited space. You need a 5/16 box wrench to hold the end link and loosen the nut with a 3/4 box wrench. I just lifted my suspension all the way and did the end links on my back in my driveway.

Will this sway bar work for a 2011 Grand Cherokee?

I know on there website they state 2014-2015 compatible, but I was under the impression that the suspension hasn't changed much between models.
