Installing oem Tow hitch kit on Altitude

I just purchased the oem hitch kit from MOPAR and going to have the dealer install. My question is, is the rear of the truck going to sag a little with the weight of the hitch?

No.

I just had five 40 count cases of Poland Spring in my jeep the other day and the rear didn't budge a millimeter. I think you'll be fine.

Besides most Altitudes already come with rear load leveling springs pre-installed from the factory.
