Are you considering the lift or level still?
Ended up with 265/65, which is the same overall diameter as stock, just wider.
And no, the Moab wheels did not bolt straight on without some modifications. I had to get a spacer for the wheel to clear the calipers, as they touched in the front without them and I wasn't going to grind down the metal to make it work, which others have done. I used 1.25" BORA spacers.
I've actually completely side tracked from my original plans and decided to eventually lower it, add wider tires, 20" wheels and get rid of the current wheel/tire setup, but only after I get some more use out of them.
Considering I was forcing myself to take it off road and it spends 99% of the time on paved roads, I thought investing in the on road performance was more worthwhile than creating a burden for me all the times I wasn't in the mud. It's been a process, but I'm also not putting anymore money into it either until I get all the problems sorted out at the dealer. They've been building up slowly but surely and it's putting a damper on my mod fun and committment to Jeep. Sad, but true.
