Larger tires on 20s, fitting in spare holder, and tire recommendations

Parts of this have been discussed, but I'm looking to get a little better understanding before pulling the trigger.

I just bought a '13 Overland with QD, QL and 20s. I want to upgrade to better tires primarily, and decided to use this opportunity to also slightly upgrade the tire size as well.

Looks like 275/55/20 is the way to go and should clear the driving aspect without any problems. Has anyone had an issue with this size tire and QL? And are there any other larger 20s that work?

When it comes to having a spare... What are you doing? It looks like the clearances in the trunk for the spare wheel is very tight. I don't think a larger diameter or width would work. I imagine the QD is sensitive to such variations in tire size and wouldn't work with a stock size tire in case of a flat. Carrying a fix a flat and compressor isn't a bad thought but what about a total blow out? It would be ideal if these just fit. Anyone have pics of them in your trunk with clearances, etc?

Also I'm looking for an all year tire that performs well in the snow and is quiet. A snow tire for all year wouldn't work, but with this in mind what are you recommendations? I was thinking of the Nokian tires as they seem to have this, however the one that interested me more is the WRG2 SUV, but they don't make it in the size I need. Looks like they do have the Rotiiva2 in a 275/55/20 and they are rated for all weather, all year use and carry a snow symbol. Tread also looks good with decent siping for snow and icy conditions. Anyone have experience with the Rotiivas? I'm open to other tires too in a 20 that would fit the above use?
