Looking for a taller, narrower 20" A/T tire. Will a /60 fit?

Without needing any suspension mods or spacers can I fit a /60 profile A/T tire onto my 2014 JGC? I don't care about speedo / odo error. My JGC has the adjustable height air suspension.

I will want a taller tire when the OEM Fortreras wear out. There's 11K on them now, so plenty of time still left. I plan to drive them until they wear out.

I'm not looking for a wider tire. It can be narrower. What I'm looking for is more sidewall height.

Thanks.

I think consensus is 32" is about as high as you can go. The specs on mine say 32.1".

Not good pics, but some pics:

Bridgestone Dueler Revo AT2 in 275/65-18

Was waiting till I get the spacers before I put any effort into it.

No rubbing so far, but honestly I just threw them on, gave them a once over and that's about it.

Just haven't had time. Hopefully I'll do a more detailed checkout when I get the spacers.

Tire selection is somewhat limited for the 20 inch wheel. I'm not sure if any will give you much more sidewall height than what you have now. About the only way you're going to achieve that is to change to 18 inch wheels.

Thanks for that, John. I'll follow that thread to see how it turns out, I like the tires and with the spacers they fill the wheel wells nicely. I'm hoping to achieve a similar overall stance with the 20" wheels on mine.

I hope I won't have to switch to the 18s. I like the simple and clean look of the 5-spoke 20s. When I bought the car I was concerned about sidewall height for mild offroading. The salesman said he'd put 18s on it if I wanted to buy it that way. I stayed with the 20s. Hopefully I can get a little more sidewall height.

The Bridgestone Dueler Revo AT2 that I went with has two options around 32" for a 20" wheel. Basically same overall size as mine but in a 20" wheel.

I'm finding only one option where it'll fit - a diameter of 31.9": 275/55-20. The other 20" tires have diameters of 33" and 34.1", so way too big.

And then I might also need spacers.

Oh, sorry, the other was the 22". But the one you found should be good. It is just .2" wider and .2" shorter than mine.

I'm not sure you'll *need* spacers. The primary reason I'm getting spacers is I want enough room between the tire and control arm to run chains. I'll try to see how far mine are as they are currently configured.

OK thanks for the info and for that picture. I don't need to install chains, but, may want to have the room for that option.
