Lowering springs

Looking for input on lowering springs, trying to get my 2015 grand Cherokee altitude a little lower. Any opinions or recommendations appreciated. Also if I get lowering springs is that all that is needed, or something else?

Lowering springs

OEM SRT springs would give you roughly a 1-1.25" drop. That's the route I'm taking for my Altitude.

Road magnet makes two different types of lowering springs that a lot of people on here have installed with good results.

Just note, that if you have LL rear shocks they too will need to be replaced.

Re: Lowering springs

There have been threads about lowering in the past. Your Altitude has nothing special that would keep you from using any of the aftermarket solutions for lowering...if the solution(s) you look at will work with a Laredo or Limited with the spring suspension, they will work with your Altitude, which is just a Laredo with a featured set of pre-assigned options.

Lowering springs

Forgot to mention, if you do wind up replacing your rear LL shocks, you will need to also buy new upper strut mounts.
