Re: Lowering The jeep

I just got a '14 Limited 4x4. I want to lower it also, but Eibach says they aren't sure if the '11-'13 springs will work or not.
My other concern is the wheels. The factory wells sit too far under the car for me and all the aftermarket wheels I have seen sit too far out. What are the recommended offsets? I'd like the tire to sit perfectly flush with the fender trim.

So guys, The consensus is use the eibach and road magnets at the back to flatten it out and remove the rake? how much difference in height is there front to back?

I also have a '14 Limited 4x2 and have the 11-13 eibach springs. The suspension has not been changed on our year GC's. Eibach isn't sure because ours are so new they haven't tested them yet. Does yours have QL suspension? As for offsets you can look at my pics, fronts are 22x9 et 35 and rears are 22x10 et40. The fronts sit just inside the fender and rears are in line. Hope this helps.

Doing that causes you to buy two sets of springs which sucks like I did...give me till monday and I'll have pics of road magnet front n rears and eibach pro dampers and can help more then with rake difference if there is any.

Lol do what you like bro it's all good. I will be putting the eibachs up for sale once I get the fronts off the GC.

Yeah they sell a mid level which is 1.8" front and rear and extreme drop which is 1.8" front and 2.8" rear.

Re: Lowering The jeep

DO you have to run the eibach pro kit or can you just run the Road magnet springs all the way around?

The pro kit is shocks not eibach springs. I am running road magnets on all corners. If you have load leveling shocks on rear it will keep your rear sitting much higher than mine in pics above.

I can't seem to find any regular rear shocks to replace my load levelers with. Any suggestions? Other than the Eibach shocks they are pricey.
