These are kinda different kinds of tires. The Toyo is a "more truck like" tire and likely better if you are going to need to deal with heavy trailering loads, etc., but it's specifications are pretty nice. The NT421Q is designed to be used across more vehicles and for me, the better fit because of all the highway miles I log, while still handling the "little bit of other stuff" I do.

Local availability is often an issue with certain tires...you can always order from places online (Discount Tire handles the NT421Q for example) and have them installed locally. My independent place is perfectly happy with that...they checked all four of their distributors and can't get them anyway.

Ah...I'll unfortunately miss this promo, but hopefully they will offer similar when I'm ready to go.

Re: Michelin latitude tour hp

I had the Michelins on a previous vehicle and I found them quiet, but really lacking in snow. I put a set of these on my '14 GC and after 10,000 miles and a really bad winter in the NE,they have been a perfect balance of wear, quiet running and most of all traction. They look great too.

Re: Michelin latitude tour hp

Nice to see tire options for the 20" wheels, I hope when the time comes for me to replace tires there are more options out there for a good all weather tire that meets or beats the stock Goodyear tires.

Omar thanks for mentioning this promo because I already had a set of four in my cart on the discounttiredirect site which was offering an instant $25 off a set of 4.

Can't beat $100 off especially when you were going to buy a set anyway.

Pickings are slim in the 265/50R20 I hope they come out with other options also the good news is anything you currently pick will be better than the forteras they are just plain terrible.
