Re: Michelin ltx m/s 2

Can someone post a picture or two of these LTX M/S2 tires on a JGC with 18" wheels? Looking at replacing my Lattitude Tours with these.

Re: Michelin ltx m/s 2

Not a great pic, but they are definitely beefier than the Lattitudes. If the stance looks a bit low, it is because there is about 1,000# of tile in the back.

Re: Michelin ltx m/s 2

hahaha, oh man... i'm now understanding what john14 must be going through. everyone has this tire in 18's but no one has posted success with 20's - 275/55.

Yes, other tires have worked for ppl in that size. It is interesting to me now there still haven't been any posts of it working for this particular tire. I can understand him wanting to be absolutley 100%... i'm still going to stay on schedule and get these put on next week or so. Will be sure to post back and hopefully put this to rest for ya john14.... wish me luck! Lol

Re: Michelin ltx m/s 2

Howdy. I just put a set of these on my 2011 Overland, Hemi, QL, and they fit great. No rubbing even in Park mode. They really ride smooth and quiet imho. Absorb road bumps more gracefully than the old Fortera's. And they fill the wheel wells nicely. Thanks to all for posting...I spent a lot of time here researching, and while a more aggressive tire is appealing, the reality for me is I'm 95% on the road or in the snow. The Jeep will have to compensate for the other 5%.
