Michelin LTX MS2 or LTX AT2

Any comments or experience with either of these tires including noise, ride quality and especially winter performance?

LTX MS2 is best all around tire all season. Wish they came in 20s stock size.

Re: Michelin LTX MS2 or LTX AT2

I agree. I can also vouch for their performance in the snow. Great all around tire.

Re: Michelin LTX MS2 or LTX AT2

One is A/T, the other isn't. LTX M/S 2 is quiet, high mileage and very good in snow, not too good on ice.

Re: Michelin LTX MS2 or LTX AT2

I have had a chance to thoroughly test out the LTX M/S2 tires in the snow the past few days and I am quite pleased with them. They have handled very well. They have been great in dry, wet, and now the snow. They are quieter than the Forteras and the 70k treadlife is unbeatable. If I decide to keep my WK2, it will always wear this tire.

Re: Michelin LTX MS2 or LTX AT2

I have the AT2 on my 07 Frontier and they are a great tire. I do a lot of driving in the mountains of Colorado so I had them siped. Tons of traction in the snow and pretty good on ice. Have 58,000 miles on them and will get one more winter season out of them. Quite and provide a great ride compared to the DuraTracs on my GC.

Re: Michelin LTX MS2 or LTX AT2

I've had both on various vehicles.

I put the AT/2 on my '14 GC. I actually do end up in the mud durning hunting season so I wanted an AT tire.

I've been really happy with them so far (about 7k miles)ImageUploadedByJeepGarage1422870740.573064.jpg
