That's great to hear! I'm awaiting getting my springs installed, so it's nice hearing good reviews from people who have them on already.
And about the bottoming out, do you notice it rubbing in the front or the back over these certain areas? Is it just uneven roads or potholes that are the problem?
UPDATE: Starting the plastic-dip process. I just finished the front end.
Here is a before and after. I really dont love the product, I'd rather paint them flat black.
Please clarify, you Plasti-dipped the lower front grill and chrome? It appears to be body color. I thought Plasti-dip only came in stock colors. How do you get body color Plasti-dip?
Also, I wonder how well it will endure normal road rock hits... ?
Here is a pic of the rear as well, I plastic dipped the lower portion of the rear lights and the step pad. I wanted to keep the rear red lights visible as I will be adding a few red accents in the future.
Great work so far -- hat's off to plasti-dipping the chrome plastic inserts in the front grill . . . that must have been a bitch! BTW, did you have to cut your T-Rex Sport Grill a bit, or was it a perfect fit? I had to mod mine a bit because it didn't fit clean.
I have been going back and forth over whether to dip the back-up lights for awhile now -- nice to see you did it. Unless you are backing up at night into a parking spot, I really don't see the need not to black them out. That clear plastic panel really sticks out. Do you think the tails (red) would still show through with a modest plasti-dip application?
Yes, I completely covered over the reverse lights and yes I'm going to leave them covered.
I will be adding some red accents throughout the inside and outside to tie the look together. If I wasn't adding the red I would completely tint the rear lights.

Love the look John, really wish brands like Niche, and Dub would make a gloss black finish. they Don't seem to do that anymore. I have a white Altitude and that shade just doesn't look right on white. Do your rims bow out at all from the drop?
I've thought about it, just hate that I have to buy something then put more money into it. Every time I find a rim I like it turns out they don't have a bolt pattern for the jeep. Not many options out there.
Ok so i'm thinking about 305/35/22 tires. I wonder if those would fit.
Street -- I'm having the same problem with my white altitude... No rims come in black that I really like except so far the ones I do like for us with white are the XO Tokyo, XO Caracas, and XO Miami which all do come in satin black at least!
These niche wheels are awesome but I wish they made them all black I don't like powder coating cause then if you have to replace one for some reason you have to get the new one powder coated again and its a never ending cycle. What other wheels are you looking at?
John -- Where does the rubbing occur on the front or rear fenders? or inside toward the spring/damper/control arms?? do you see where it is rubbing? when it does happen for you over the large bumps/potholes? Do you have the v6 and have you noticed a loss in MPG with the larger wheels/tires? On my X5 when I went to 22's with 295's in front and 335's in the rear i lost about 3 mpg lol.
Selling these wheels and tires - 4 months old / less than 4k miles on them.

I like these wheels, what is the offset compared to stock 20s? I think the Black Rhinos have 35mm offset, but I don't know what the GC Limited 20s offset is.
