i guess ultimately that is up to your discretion. But it does make sense to do all 5 tires if you really plan on changing the size.

As long as your jeep doesn't have a mechanical locking differential and the smaller diameter wheel isn't on that axle and you don't drive around on it for a week then you should be fine.

If the diameter of the spare varies from the "regular" tires by more than a very small amount, there is potential damage to the 4x4 drivetrain. Even though it's not "locked", function can be affected if one wheel is turning at a different rate than its mates...

While you "probably" wouldn't do damage in a mile or three, most folks end up traveling far further on their spare than they realize. Best practice is to match the diameter.
