QL noise rasing and lowering

Hey Guys,
Anyone doing any preventive maint. to the QL system. Getting an intermittent rubbing nosie when raising and lowering. Trying to figure out if its the QL struts or the busings on the sway bar. Have to get someone in my car activating it so I can stand out front and find the noise.
If it were the sway bar bushings I would think they would make some noises when going over speed bumps and such.
Thoughts?

Truck has 29k miles and 2 yrs old now.
