Quadra-Lift stuck in OR1

I have a 2012 JGC Overland and I am having issues with my Quadra-Lift. I have had the usual list of issues with the QL as others have posted but recently I am unable to lower the vehicle below OR1 or raise it higher. I have not seen any anyone comment on this elsewhere on the forum. Whether I adjust manually or let the Jeep do it, all I get is the yellow symbol on the EVIC that indicates that it is lowering, but the height does not change and then shortly after I get the EVIC message to take it in for servicing. At the same time I can hear the compressor working as it tries to adjust the vehicle so perhaps it is not a compressor issue.

Anyone else had this issue? I am going to take the wheels off and look at the sensors to see if perhaps the annual undercoating has gotten in there and jambed things up. Any issues if I unplug the sensors?

Appreciate the advice.

Re: Quadra-Lift stuck in OR1

Mine likes to put itself into OR1 or OR2 sometimes at startup

One thing I'd try is to remove the battery cables and let it sit for 30 minutes, then reconnect. It might reset something, and it's free to try

Re: Quadra-Lift stuck in OR1

Tried that one. Left it disconnected overnight. I was hoping for an easy solution.

Re: Quadra-Lift stuck in OR1

Been to the dealer, apparently the problem is caused by the the two front strut pressure relief valves. Parts are on order and it will be about $1,000 to fix. Hopefully this solves this. Thanks for the advice.
