Rear suspension too stiff with lift kit

When I bought my '12 wk2 the rear OEM shocks were shot so I replaced them with Monroe Reflex shocks. Since then the rear always seems to take bumps harder than the front. This weekend I installed the RR 2.5 lift kit and now the rear suspension is taking bumps a lot harder. So I'm thinking I just may have to replace the shocks with softer shocks. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Did you have load leveling shocks before or standard?

As far as I know it had normal shocks. It doesn't have the load level sensor arm thing.

Do you have the factory tow package? If so, then you had load leveling shocks.

No, no tow package.
