Removal of rear rotor - 2012

Replacing the rotors and pads and all came off easy with the exception of the driver's side rear. Rotor has movement, so I believe it is just the parking brake pads that are holding it on. In reading other articles I seem to need to adjust the parking brake tensioner to release pressure on the pads. Is this done through the small hole in the back and all I need to do is adjust the star wheel on the tensioner or is there something else to this.

Appreciate it.
