rim width of 18" 245/65/18 spare tire?

Does anyone know the actual rim width of the 245/65/18 spare tire that comes with the 18" 265/60/18 standard wheel package and 18X8" rims? Will a full-size spare fit on the spare rim, or do I have to buy an 18x8" steel replacement rim to fit it properly?
