Inside measurement from the top metal base above the rubber spring isolator to the top of lower arm 7 3/4 inches:

Inner diameter of the spring slightly under 4 inches:

Outside height from rubber isolator right above the top cool to top of lower arm 8 1/2 - 9 inches hard to get a good eye on it with the wheel on
