Rockstar 2 rims

Do you think I would be good to go without rubbing with the rockstar 2 with the 30 offset and dura trap 275/65/18??? Any help would be appreciated looking to order

I have a leveling kit going on as we speak

Re: Rockstar 2 rims

You will certain clear your suspension, and very likely clear the fender.

Re: Rockstar 2 rims

Ther are two stiff offsets for the 18 inch. 1 is 0 and the other is 30. The 0 has minor rub, in your opinion do you think the 30 is less likely to rub or more?

Re: Rockstar 2 rims

Depends on what part of the tire rubs on the liner.

Re: Rockstar 2 rims

Metz1374,

I am running the 275/55R20 tires which are effectively the same size as the 275/65R18's. I am using the stock rims with a 1.25" spacer which gives me an offset equivalent of about +25 and I have no rubbing at all. Also have the leveling kit installed.

Read through the various wheel and tire threads here, I think I saw someone running the rockstar 2's.

Yea I have seen a few but some have spacers some dont. I think maybe ill have to do the pinch weld just curious how big of a project it is. I asked a few other people but no response.

Re: Rockstar 2 rims

I don't think bending back the pinch weld will be necessary, that seems to be required when people try to stuff something bigger than a 32 in there.
