RR 2.5 lift vs OME lift
I know this has been debated tons of times and I have a pretty good idea what I'm looking at, but I'd like to run this by some of the more experienced people out there.
I want to put a lift on m 2012 wk2. It is my daily and I don't get to do nearly as much offroading as I like with it (no lift and skid plates is the second biggest reason why I don't offroad as much as I want). Most of my driving is highway 70+ mph. I don't go fast offroad because it is my daily.
The advantageous of the RR 2.5 lift is it supposedly doesn't affect the ride much at high speed, it's cheaper and easier to install. The disadvantageous is it's a lift with no increase in travel.
The advantageous of the OME is increase travel to soak up the bumps while going offroad at high speed and more articulation off road. Disadvantageous is it possibly affect normal highway ride quality and it's more expensive.
Because my jeep is my daily and I won't be doing anything crazy with it off road I believe the RR 2.5 lift is the better option for me. Does this make sense or I'm I making this more complicated than what it should be?
Has anyone put on a leveling kit with the RR 2.5 lift?
