I got my new tires and wheels installed .I'm planning to add RRO leveling kit .I checked with dealer today he wants 400$ for installation without alignment .
Does anybody know a good place in around seattle to get the leveling kit installed ?

If a garage doesn't do that kind of work often I could see them charging for the contingency. Also if they need to assign two people then that would be the difference between the 275 and 400 rates..
Also some garage build the contingency of you coming back and not being happy and having to redo the job.. My local 4wd shop I now just ask to be charged hourly.. sometimes it isn't in my favor and sometimes it is.. I also normally stick around or am in the area so I know a 2 hour job wasn't 4 hours..
So my buddy (lexus mechanic) was installing my RRO lift last night (with air tools), rear was a breeze but when we got to the front, the control arm bolt was so tight from the factory that we ended up stripping it, so I had to go buy new control arms today and will hopefully finish it tonight. Wish I woulda bought the kit with the RRO control arms now.
Well I have to get it aligned in the morning, definite camber tilting in at the moment but it's really not that bad! Tires are fairly quiet and very smooth, but im sure it will get quieter, I'll let you know tomorrow night
I went to dealer again today and spoke to another service rep .this guy seemed to have good knowledge about RRO kits .He gave me a quote of 280 $ including alignment . Getting it installed on Monday
Do you get a lot of splash coming from your tires when its wet out? I just installed the mopar splash guards (mud flaps) and they work and look great. Just something to consider.
I installed the leveling kit the other day - looks great and no noticeable ride difference. I'm running 275/55/20's and now I get a slight rubbing when turned all the way to the right. No rubbing when turned to the left at all. I don't recall any rubbing before the kit was installed. I had the work done at Southern offroad in Cumming for $300 including alignment.
haha damn advertising placements. Getting weirder and weirder these days, at first I saw this and thought, why on earth would cherokee_santa post this snake video in response to lighting angles, then I realized. :gtfoslap:
