RRO WK2 Lift with Toyo AT II's - w/pics

Fellow JGers,

I recently picked up my GC from the shop after having the Rocky Road Outfitters WK2 2.5" lift and Toyo Open Country A/T IIs installed. After a lot of debating I decided to keep the stock Limited 18's on the car rather than buying new rims. As we all know, it is tough to find rims to fit the GC's and I just never found any I really loved, at least not for $1k+. I did go bigger on the tires though and I am very glad I did. I put on a pair of 265/70R18's (about 32.6") and they fit perfectly. No rub when fully pinned either way and my turning radius wasn't affected either. So far I am very happy with the set up! There is no visible ride difference (might even been a bit softer with the new tires, could just be my head though) and in terms of road noise you can only tell when you're not listening to music and it is a very slight hum, but with music on, it is inaudible. Prior to getting them installed my MPG was 13MPG (strictly surface street driving with the Hemi) and I will check back in after a week or two to let you all know where it is then. The install cost about $250 at Outlaw Offroad in SoCal, although this was only their 3rd WK2 lift they had done, the guy said next time he things he is going to charge more due to the fact that there is a decent amount of labor required...just an FYI. If I forgot to mention anything or you guys want to know anything feel free to ask! I know the pictures are shit, but I will upload better ones once I clean her and get some time this weekend-just wanted to get something up today!

I'd put some wheel spacers on there to push those wheels out some more. That stance as it right now makes it look like it's on stilts, or maybe that was an effect from the way the rear photo was taken.

I agree with pinetar's comment about wheel spacers. It also appears that the camber and offset are off, although it could just appear that way because of the angle at which the photos were taken. The Jeep looks great with the lift and the almost-33s, though!

Looks good
I'm coming off a 06 with the lift and now bought the 2011
I'm about ready to do the same thing with my stock 18" wheels too . I haven't seen anything i'm in love with either ..Plus it will save me money. Thanks for the pics !
It looks like I will need spacers to widen the stance ( 1.25" i'm thinking )
I'm going to try the 70's to get the extra 1" of tire as well , over the 65's most do.

another side shot , more focused, with wheels straight would be nice

Did you happen to measure your fender lip before and after before going to the new tires and also, do you know if that was a full or empty tank of gas on the photo's ?
