Re: Sahara wheels on 14 hemi or diesel

I added 1/4" spacers just for pease of mind. The round hole Saharas are stupid close to the calipers.

Re: Sahara wheels on 14 hemi or diesel

I run 18" polar edition Sahara wheels and stock wrangler tires on my 14 WK2 hemi overland with quadralift. Everything fits great, low road noise.. I am not sure on the offset difference but the wheels do look poked out just a bit more. I think it looks great.

Re: Sahara wheels on 14 hemi or diesel

I've been running the Sahara wheels and tires for the better part of a year with no issues. The clearance between the front brake and the back side of the wheel is tight but clears fine.

Re: Sahara wheels on 14 hemi or diesel

I test fitted a set of the five hole Sahara wheels to my 2015 WK2 Altitude with non-HD brakes and they DID hit the calipers. A little trimming on the caliper bracket would resolve the issue, but hit nonetheless. I plan on running BORA 1.25 inch spacers, but would love to know if I could get away with only 1 inch spacers with these wheels and not have to cut down the wheel studs.

I have the Ecodiesel with the HD brakes. Clearance is tight but no issues. No spacers.

Hmmm, I'm not sure why you had any interference. I just put a set of 2016 Sahara Rims on my '14 Overland, with no issues at all (non-HD brakes). The back face of the rim is close to the caliper, but there's no contact. I don't really see any difference between clearance of these and the stock rims, because those are pretty close too.

Any fender contact at all?

Re: Sahara wheels on 14 hemi or diesel

What does everyone think of the dueller tires that come on these rims? I have 28k on my Latitudes and have had it with hydroplaning and wheel spin that forces the stability control to dramatically intervene. How are the oe Duellers with regard to noise, wet traction, and tread wear?
I'm interested in these tires particulary because I can get them cheap as take offs. Usually ~$500-$600 for wheels with TPMS. Also, does anyone know if the JK TPMS works with our WK2?

Thanks
