Searched, Road Magnet Mids & Rear Load Leveling Shock Upper Mounts

I searched, but wasn't able to find the definitive answer...
My Jeep, with the tow package, has the load leveling rear shocks and I want to start putting together my suspension upgrade package.

I've done a lot of reading here and it appears that the Bilstiens are working very favorably.

Shocks:
Bilstein 4600 series
Front shocks: 24-225410
Rear shocks: 24-225427

I believe I read here somewhere, that because my Altitude came with the LL shocks I would need new upper mounts out back with the Bilsteins. Questions: Why is it necessary? and does someone have a part number or source to buy these new upper mounts?.

Thanks all

Re: Searched, Road Magnet Mids & Rear Load Leveling Shock Upper Mounts

Anyone on the LL rear shocks with the RM Mids?

I found some upper mounts at Just Jeeps: Rear Upper Shock Mount for Jeep Grand Cherokee WK2, Item # 68029590AF #68029590AF

Are these them?

Re: Searched, Road Magnet Mids & Rear Load Leveling Shock Upper Mounts

Thanks, man. Glad you stayed with me here. Trying to get together as "complete" a list as I can before I start to order things.
Nothing worse than getting ready for an install and not having a critical part needed to finish. Worse if I have order it and wait a few days

Did more checking around and found them for around $20 less, shipped from Amazon

Thanks again

-Bob

Are you planning on lowering or using the stock height springs?

If you are not intending to lower, then I hope you enjoy. The Bilsteins are awesome with stock.

I hear that they are great shocks, hopefully not too stiff though. I am planning on lowering with Road Magnet Mid Drops

I just noticed that you were the poster of the comment about the Bilsteins and Road Magnets "sweet spot" that I referred to in my email to you.
