Selec-Terrain Settings Details

Please guide me to the right point if this is here someplace.

Do we have any of the details of the differences between the various settings. I'm interested in the 2013 QT-II in my V6 Overland. I suppose there could be differences from year-to-year.

Re: Selec-Terrain Settings Details

I'm not sure if there are any major differences, but here's a thread with videos explaining it on the 2014 model:

Re: Selec-Terrain Settings Details

The biggest difference I know of is for 2014 is the sport mode moved to the shifter, and a mud mode was added to the terrain select dial.

Re: Selec-Terrain Settings Details

Mud was there before, but combined with Sand. Now it has it's own option.

Re: Selec-Terrain Settings Details

Correct, but the trans shift pts are completely different between the two now.

Re: Selec-Terrain Settings Details

What I'm looking for are the shift points, ride heights, traction changes, and any other detailed differences between the settings on the 2013...not the year-to-year differences. It must be someplace.

This might add a little more info;

Jeep Grand Cherokee WK2 - Quadra-Lift Air Suspension system

This should be good through '13

Re: Selec-Terrain Settings Details

That's the kind of thing that I wanted. I'm learning that I prefer the "Sport" mode for most in-town driving, but didn't really have a feel for the height settings for the other modes or the gearing and traction changes for ANY of them. Thank you for this info and please let me know if anyone runs across any more gearing or traction details.
