Should I? 15 Altitude, 285/50-20 Nitto Grappler G2s...

Just sold my 12 GC with leveling kit and 275/55-20 Cooper Zeons and now I have a brand new 15 Altitude 4x4 stock height (and likely to stay that way)... got a pretty nice deal at Discount tire (used to work there) for a set of 285/50-20 Terra Grappler G2s, and $350 trade in on my take off Forteras.

I think ill be happy with the size, and hopefully wont have the desire to go with a spacer or a more aggressive wheel offset down the line.

Havent seen much feedback on the g2s yet...any of you on em? I liked the Coopers, but they are 10yr old technology. One of the 1st tires to actually enter into the large wheel (20"+ A/T market).

Re: Should I? 15 Altitude, 285/50-20 Nitto Grappler G2s...

I had 285/50R20 Cooper Zeons on my Altitude for a few months.
Didn't like how they performed in the snow/ice so I went with a dedicated snow tire.
I've heard good things about the G2's so I say go for it.

Do you have any more pics with the new Terra Grappler G2's on there? Looking to do a similar setup.

Hi everyone. I have a '14 overland diesel with air suspension. Can these tires 285/50R20 or the 275 can be installed on the OEM wheels 20x8 I believe they r. Or should upgrade to 20x9 or 20x10

Thanks

285/50-20 or the larger (taller) 275/55-20 work perfect on oem 20x8 wheels. No rub. Possibly some on lock to lock but only at Park mode on air. These are the "go to" sizes all of us go with
