Looks good. Are these summer or all season tires. Getting mixed results while trying to confirm online.

Yeah the rims, tires, tmps, all came together balanced. I just popped them on and the truck noticed the new sensors right away, then took it straight to get an alignment.

The Hankooks handle amazing in the rain, I was truly surprised with how well they handle. They blow the forteras away, they corner better, their quieter, and the truck feels way more planted. now paired with the brembos, my stopping distanced has decreased dramatically. those things really BITE, especially with the SS brake lines.

Re: SRT reps with Hankook tires installed

Were you originally considering just a tire and rim upgrade or were the brembros always on the table? What site did you get the rims and tires from?

They are all season, I have yet to use them in the snow though. so far we and dry handling are superb.

I was originally getting them because I wanted to do the Brembo upgrade, but people weren't sure if the 20x9s would fit. so I purchased the wheels first, put them on then measures the distance between the spokes and the hub, then got the stock caliper dimensions. Compaired the measurments to the Brembos on the SRT8 and then made my purchase after I felt confident that they would fit.

I got my rims, tires, tpms, lugs all from http://www.streetdreams.org/

Re: SRT reps with Hankook tires installed

I don't know what climate you live in but will these rims need to be removed during the winters to avoid any issues with snow and salt?? Or will they be fine left on like the stock rims that came with the overland?

Re: SRT reps with Hankook tires installed

Those are the tires I wanted but found out they are actually summer tires. Proof: http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....Ventus+ST+RH06

http://www.hankooktireusa.com/Produc...um=4&FnCode=04

I went with the Hankook Ventus AS RH07 instead (an SUV Touring All Season Tire) which are top of the line SUV tires rated to 149 mph (one level below exotic sports car tires). http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....um=65VR0RH07XL
I am really happy with them.

Wow ... i never found that anywhere when i was purchasing mine .. i was under the impression they were all season. Good thing i have my stock rims and tires if they really suck in the winter.

I'm still very confused on these tires being summer or all season.

Sears advertises as All Season , and the picture has all season diagram on the side wall at about 3 o'clock

@Evolv0 what do your sidewalls say?

Re: SRT reps with Hankook tires installed

I stand corrected again. all 4 of my Hankook tires most definitely have the all season logo on them. I will post a picture of it tomorrow. but for now and for everyone to see is a blown up image I found on the internet of exactly what is imprinted on all of my tires.

you can clearly see, a Sun, a Rain cloud, a Snow Flake, and the other 2 idk but when I get a clear picture tomorrow we can all make a better guess.
