Strut tower brace

I know one of the vendors is working on releasing a strut tower brace for the WK2 but I came across this one on eBay.

WARNING: Price is beyond ridiculous.

Fits Hemi and Pentastar.

Excited about this.

Any idea on pricing yet? Similar to the Mopar one listed above?

Re: Strut tower brace

I can't see spending more than $150 for a front strut brace.

Lets see where blackops comes in at...

Re: Strut tower brace

At $150 I'd pay now and wait the six months before they announce its gonna be another six months, happily. They make beautiful stuff. I just did this guessing game with a front grille on the corvette forum. There is no way this bar is gonna come in under $300. My bet is $399. It'll undoubtedly be nicer and more "functional" but judging from other things I'm betting $399. Anyone got a guess? Cheaper by a dollar or two maybe but not for the faint of wallet.. I'm still buyin one.

Re: Strut tower brace

^ I agree.

It's worth it to support Black Ops IMO and hopefully will inspire more products in the future.

I wonder if this strut bar from blackopsautoworks will actually fit on the V6 models without having to remove the stock plastic engine cover.

What the hell was SWM Performance thinking when they designed their strut bar? 60% or more of the WK2 Grand Cherokees on the road have the 3.6L, and their over-priced unit won't even fit over the V6 engine cover?

speaking of numbers, i wonder what the percentage of 3.6L owners purchased the WK2 and are planning performance upgrades to it.
