Stubborn braking vibration

I have a slight braking vibration at higher speeds in the steering wheel that I thought would go away after pads and rotors all around, and brand new wheels and tires. Any ideas on what else it could be?

Re: Stubborn braking vibration

Also for what its worth, I put a dial indicator on the front rotors and both had under .002 runout. I'm stumped...

Re: Stubborn braking vibration

I have this problem I just noticed. Not real bad though. I still have stock everything and at 32,000 miles. Will keep an eye on this thread. Hope you get some good advice.

edit: didn't happen today, but don't think I ever broke as hard as yesterday.

Try taking a look at the tie rods and control arm bushings for any looseness or play.

Did changing the pads and rotors help at all, even temporarily?
