I've put about a 1000 miles on these now. Very happy, quiet and good wet traction. No snow experience yet.

Re: Terra Grapplers

I have had a couple of requests for pictures. Quick shots for those of you interested:

Re: Terra Grapplers

DurangoZJ,

Thanks for the pics. Do you have quadralift? Did you go with 265/50/20 size? I'm very disappointed with mine coupled with quadralift and stock size. Noise increase is tolerable but the ride even at 36psi is too harsh and stiff. I can't wait to take these off. They vibrate at 40 and then smooth out. Braking and acceleration is slightly slowed at stock size: heavier weight.

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues. I have the stock size and no quadralift.

I am running mine at 40psi and the ride feels fine. Perhaps I am desensitized; I had 33" KM2s on my last Jeep.

These are truck tires so some stiffness is to be expected. However, it sounds like yours is a bit more rough than it should be. You should have no vibrations--did you try getting them rebalanced?

V6 or V8?

Re: Terra Grapplers

Have Nitto Terras on order, should be in next week, seem to be hard to get where I am at, tires are coming from NItto warehouse in Georgia.
