Right now I'm pretty sure I'll be getting the 1.75" leveling and the 275. How does it feel acceleration wise. Does it feel heavier off the line?

OOPS! Had my numbers wrong on the leveling kit height. (fixed). I haven't noticed much of a difference acceleration wise. I did notice about a 1.5 to 2 mpg reduction but it's only been one day. I need to drive it for a while and see where it really is.

Here is the after. This is a completely stock 2011 Laredo X now with 265/65/18 Duratrac's. Only driven it a couple miles so really can't speak to anything regarding the tire except that this is the look I was going for.

Re: The official Wheel thread

Hi all, I've got a 2014 GC Laredo and am not happy with the stock tyres. They've only done about 7000 Kms. I bought it as to tow vehicle for a 16.5 ft horse float. Can I please have suggestions for a good AT tyre? The only off roading I do is in paddocks so need a tyre that handles mud and slippery grass well. Occasional potholes as well! I wont be doing any proper offroading. I find that the Michelin's just don't cut it unfortunately. I had Bridgestone Duellers on the Pajero and was very happy with them . A local Beaurapaire place suggested Goodyear Wrangler AT tyres. Any advise much appreciated!! Thanks

Thanks for your reply, Hutch. The Duellers were very good on the Pajero as well. I'm feeling annoyed that the Michelin tyres are so lacking in the paddock! For my uses do you feel I'd be happy with the Duellers on the GC? I really don't want to get bogged with the float on!! Thanks

Re: The official Wheel thread

Just a quick dirty picture I finally took of my Jeep...ya it's quite dirty and a crappy picture but I didn't want people in my office parking lot seeing me take a picture and thinking I'm so fancy. I'm not ready to have it washed and waxed until after I install my lift kit.

BFG KO A/Ts 275/65/18 on 18 inch Mopar blacks...chrome trim removed, added Altitude lettering, Mopar black running boards, Westin front bull bar, rear black liftgate panel, front chrome jeep decal replaced with black decal.
