The Bridgestone Revo AT2 is a bit more aggressive, but still great on-road.

Thanks for your help cc, I haven't been able to find these in Oz but maybe they go by a different name here. I'd love to hear from someone who has used the Wrangler AT Adventure tyres!

Thanks Hutch. I had the 694's on my Pajero and liked them. I've read reviews that people have said they're not much good in mud and wear very quickly. I'd only done about 25k with them before buying the Jeep. Do you know whether they are good in mud as I have to tow a float through paddocks at times! Thanks

Re: The official Wheel thread

The 694s and now the 697 replacement is all terrain none will be great in the mud, I have had 3 sets and never had a problem with mud.

Re: The official Wheel thread

O.K., so here is my dilema after looking at all 28 pages so far:

I am getting a 2015 JGC Overland ecoDiesel with ORAII. So, 18" wheels. The problem is that I absolutely love the 20" polished Summit wheel. Does anyone know who the OEM supplier is for those wheels? I would like to see if that is made in an 18".

I could probably live with the stock Overland wheels that are standard on the Limited, but would want to get them satin polished like the Summit wheel is. How does one get that done? Are there shops that do that?

My other alternative is something from these guys: Weld Racing € Forged Sports Car, Muscle Car, & Off Road Wheels

I know zip about wheel strengths and don't know whether these wheels would hold up on a GC.

Thanks

I should have been more specific, but thanks!

I'm going to go with 18". Looking for a chrome or polished 18", or a close match to the Summit 20" look.

I saw that you mentioned 18". There is no 18" version of the stock 20" wheel that I have been able to find. There are plenty of 5 spoke aftermarket 18's out there though.

Thanks, Free! Any that you have seen that mirror the look of the 20" Summit rim? I have been looking desperately and can find nada.

I couldn't find any. My preference was a black 18 that looked like the silver 20's that came on my Limited. I eventually gave up and settled on the gloss black Overland 20's. I do still look around a little though. If the right wheel catches my eye, I'll swap'em again.
