Tpms

Just change over to my winter setup. One tire pressure censor just has this -- showing on the dash and it says service censor. What does this mean? Does it mean the censor is no good or does it need reprograming? I have bigger size tires on. Will this effect the censor reading?

Re: Tpms

Either the sensor died or wasn't placed properly in the tire. There's no re-programming to do and tire size doesn't matter.

According to my manual,it says the sensors are calibrated to the stock size tire.

Re: Tpms

Well...air pressure is air pressure. There's not been any mention that I can remember about tire size affecting TPMS...but I could have missed it.

If you mean speedo and odo...that's a completely different thing and there's no way to re-calibrate the vehicle from a Jeep perspective, although some folks have indicated that it may be able to be adjusted with a "tune" via the Diablo unit. $$$$
