Turning Rotors

Hey ya'll.. I'm at 23k miles and my breaks have been squeaking for a little while. Ordered new pads and haven't installed them yet, since the originals look ok. However my front rotors have developed a little lip on them. I dont want to drop 1k to get new rotors.. At least not yet. Has anyone turned their stock brembos? Should we or is that a no no on a preformance brake package? Thanks for the help!

PS, I've come to the conclusion that cold weather is only good for going faster. And nothing else. Just posted 4.6 0-60 42 degrees here in Dallas.
