Tyre sealant and TPMS

I saw a question asked on another forum (that wasn't answered) regarding the use of a pressurised tyre sealant can on a flat tyre fitted with TPMS.
If the can is used to reinflate the tyre will the sealant gunk harm or inhibit the TPMS sender?
I know this approach is only a band aid solution but if it kills the sensor it may be an expensive temporary fix.

I own a diff brand wagon. Comes with a pump and goo and no spare or jack.

Has TPMS and talks about cleaning the tpms in some OEM branded solvent.

Re: Tyre sealant and TPMS

If you ever saw what tire sealant does to the rim and tire you would never touch the stuff.

Mongoose9400 is an unknown quantity at this point
I used a can that was marked safe for TPMS once and it sealed the small pin hole and didn't seem to affect the TPMS at all. It registered the PSI fine afterwards. Drove the car for a couple days like that. It was a rental car and needed a quick fix lol
