Upgrade wheels & tires

My 13 Laredo has the 17" OEM wheels on it. My friend wants to sell me his 18" OEM wheels with tires and the pressure sensors for under $500. Is there anything I need to know specifically about the upgrade?
I just put the new ones on and everything with be fine? Will they need to be balanced? Will the sensors work without any special mods?

Re: Upgrade wheels & tires

They will mount up no issue. Simple swap.

The only thing you may have to do is have the sensors "trained" to your jeep, other manufactures do this but I don't know about jeep. Balance wise it may be smart to balance them now just so you know they are good, but you don't have too unless the wheel weights are missing, or he had a vibration.
