What to do about vibration while braking
I bought my 2011 overland with 33,000 miles I'm up to about 56,000 now. Recently I've noticed a vibration while braking which tells me my rotors are warped. I'm trying to gather information as to which is the best route to take. Would I go with some aftermarket rotors and pads or will napas top of the line equipment be just as good. My driving style is more on the aggressive side, although I do know how to use the brakes properly (not riding them down hills and easily pulsing) I'd like to stay away from OEM for the fact that my rotors are now warped with what I would say is about 75%pad life left and I do not want to be replacing rotors and pads every 9 months or so as I did in my WJ. I need rotors that can take a beating and hold straight and true due to my driving style and these crazy north Jersey drivers who tend to wait till the last second to slam the brakes.
