Hi,
I am new to this . I own jeep grand cherokee overland 2012 with QL air suspension. I am having problems with my wheel alignment and the dealer is no help. They are insisting to do the wheel alignment the vehicle has to be in alignment mode whichbaccording to them is same as the Jack mode which is airsuspension disabled mode.
I have read in many forms here n else where it has to be in aero /sport mode and should not be disabled. I am trying to convince them what they are doing is not correct as i had to change my tyres in 20k n am on new tyres right now.
I am looking for original documents in support of this so that i can convince them. Any help from your side much appreciated!
PS... My uconnect does not bring up settings on which we can set air suspension modes. For jack mode we have to press lower n upper height setting buttons for 5 sec and then get a message on the ECU that air suspension is disabled. But know nothing about how to get it to wheelalignment mode
