You can check my other post and see for yourself. Wheels are flush with fenders. They do not stick out at all.

You said this" I had the Ventus ST RH06 295/45/20 on my 2012 Overland and it fit no problem. And I had 20X10 wheels. I think the 20X9 are not wide enough for that size tire"

So the 9" wheels won't work. right...

that's whats he's saying. a 20x9 isn't wide enough to support a 295 width tire but a 20x10 will and will be flush with the body

As I said in my previous post the 295 will fit on a 9" with no issues.

I never denied that it will fit, what I did was I tried to clarify what someone else said. I know it will fit a 9" wide rim just like a 305 will fit a 10" wide rim

Why would you reiterate something that is wrong when you know it's wrong without mentioning it's wrong?

I've noticed through reading many of your posts that you're VERY indecisive.
I see lots of posting the same question over and over. You need to spend the time to research these things for yourself and stop trying to rely on the opinions of others. As you can see from the posts above you could be steered in the wrong direction by people with no experience with the situation but just trying to be the hero.

The pictures I pulled up came from my first Google seearch "295/45/20 wk2" lead me right to that post where that size tire is mounted on a 20x9 spider monkey wheel.

If you want to mount that size to a 10" wheel it can be done but it also can be done on a 9" wheel. On a 9" wheel the tire will offer more rim protection because it will have more of a sidewall bow then if you mounted on a 10" wheel.

Re: Wheel and tire combination

VERY indecisive is me,that's for sure. I've called many tire dealers and they say no to the 9". My worries are will the tire perform as well and last as long as it should being mounted on the 9 and will it look goofy bow out. The pics with the 9 don't look it,but I don't know... The wheel I want only comes 9".

Then get a narrower tire...You don't have to run the same overall diameter as OE.

Yes. 7.5-9.5" is the desirable rim width for most tires that size, so you should be fine if you do that.

Took about 2 seconds to look up too, just saying.
