A lot of times the problem is they can't be balanced because of the low quality control casting process. The wheel may be perfectly round but not evenly cast throwing the weight off more than you can balance. This also can be a major problem because the wheel is weaker in some areas making them more prone to cracking or totally failing which could result in a terrible accident as you can imagine...
There is a reason OEM wheels cost more. The Reps look great and a lot of times work out. Just sometimes they don't and thats part of the risk of running reps that most people just end up accepting.
