I've got a 2011 Grand Cherokee Overland Quadra Trac Air Suspension, with the Stock 20" Wheels / Offsets. Came with 265/50R20 Goodyear Fortenza's. Horrible tires. Shot with less than 30k on them. Want to increase the footprint and go with something a bit wider. I should mention I also have a dedicated set of winter tires and wheels for the vehicle, so these will be just for Spring/Summer/Fall, no ice, snow or off-road.
Tire Rack told me the widest I can go is a 275/50R 20. They said going with something a bit "taller" 275/55R 20 might rub. I also read on here somewhere that they're running 285/50R 20's with no issues.
Can anyone confirm the widest tire I can run with out ANY rubbing issues at the lowest Qudra Trac setting?
Lastly, suggestions for tires?
