You can't void a warranty as a whole for something like that. They can void warranty work if something breaks and they determine it was caused by the lift. If you're wipers stop working, they're not going to deny you because you bought wheels.
They will avoid the suspension and wheels of course. Parts of the drivetrain could also be affected (tranny, differentials, etc.). It all depends on the the dealer.
