WK2 wheel questions

So ive been dreaming about my future (in my dreams) WK2 that i want. Ive fallen in love with a deep cherry red Laredo E with the 20" split spoke wheels. I know it comes with a full size spare but i was wondering if anyone knew if the wk2 with 20" wheels came with a matching 20" wheel, or a 20" steel wheel and matching tire (like ram trucks) or a 17 or 18" steel wheel with matching diameter tire (like chevy trucks and suvs)?

Also does anyone know if any WK1 wheels will fit on the WK2? If i do every buy a WK2 with 20" wheels i dont want to kill them with our salty NH winters so i would like to put a set of 17" WK1 Ronin II wheels on it with 265/65/17s (same diameter as the 265/60/18s that come on WK2s or 245/70/17s) and use them for winter. I know they will bolt on but i was unsure if they will clear the brake calipers of the WK2 or if they need spacers possibly. I like my Ronin II wheels on my WK1 and will have new tires in the 265/65/17 size soon so if i ever get a WK2 i will keep them and put other WK wheels on my wk when i trade it in.

Thanks guys!!

Also when i did the build your own jeep on the website it would not let me get teh offroad II package with skids hooks etc and the select terrain with the 20" wheel group but the jeep i saw in the lot had the 20" wheels and the select terrain and skids/hooks etc. WTF?

Re: WK2 wheel questions

If you have the trailer tow package you get a steel wheel with OEM size tire, otherwise a temp spare, I think.

17s may fit on a base V6 Laredo, but just about everything with a tow package or V8 have HD brakes will rub the calipers.

Re: WK2 wheel questions

So to fit the 17s I'd prolly need spacers like trying to put jk moans on a wk. Thanks for the info, ill most likely get a hemi/tow package.

The Hemi is not available on the Laredo E. You have to get at least the X package to add the Hemi.
