Yokohama 285/50/20

Hi guys,

looking to buy a set of Yokohama Parada 285/50R20. Have a 2012 Limited GC with stock 20inch wheels. Just wondering whether I can use these tires / will they fit? Also to those who have these tires, are they good in terms of tread wear? My stock Kumhos are in critical condition after 40k+ KMS. Thanks in advance.

P.S. We don't have many alternatives here for 20inch tires. It's between Yokohama, Nankang and Falken.

Re: Yokohama 285/50/20

The most important that thing you need to consider is the overall diameter of the tire you want to use.

The SRT8 use a 295/45 20 tire some cross check the outer diameter against this size to make sure it is not more than an inch different

Also remember that the stock 20" is 20 x 8 and the SRT wheel is 20 x10

Using too wide of a tire can diminsh steering precision and reduce handling capability.

The parada in the stock size should be an improvement over the kumhos plus the load rating on the yokohama is 111 vs 107 of the kumhos

My advice is stay with the stock size in the yokohamas
