Ride quality? Obviously corners better and less body roll.. but quality of ride and did you change out shocks?

Road Magnet mid level springs and alignment and good to go ! contact Chad at black ops auto works he will hook you up ! Yes handles alot better but rides same as stock . Front is perfect but i will be putting a little stiffer shock on rear later because stock rear shocks seem little too weak at times just on big dips mainly !

So the ride is still factory-like with 22s and an almost 2in drop? I always assumed there were would be a little loss in comfort with that kind of setup.

It's not the same. Handling will be improved but comfort is decreased.
I've gone through plenty of suspension and wheel changes to know better than to expect equal or improved ride to stock when up-sizing with just a spring/shock combo.

Looks kind of cool. GCs are versatile. Lower them, raise them, leave them stock. They still look good.

I know this thread is 5 months old, but I just found it while searching "Road Magnets". Hope you're still around.

I like it man, wheels & drop look great. Did you order new shocks for it? I know some here, (see skunkd) put Bilsteins on all 4 corners and loves them. I've heard others complain about running the OEM shocks, especially in the rear. Don't seem to hold up very well for very long.
My plan has me saving for a set of RM Mids & Bilsteins.
