It looks and feels great! I'm curious to see how dirty it gets, how hard it is to clean and how durable it is with sharp objects... it's almost too soft. lol
So I'm having an issue with my fuel door release, you can hear it trying to open but it doesn't. I have to have someone press the button while I pull the cable release in the cargo area. Anyone else have this issue?
Yes, definitely going to be throwing road slop down the side of that beautiful white Summit. I'd seriously consider exchanging them for something with an offset closer to stock or a little less width. May also cause issues with tire wear
Those won't stick out once it's on the ground, should fit perfectly. Expect to have to wash more than weekly if you like your car clean. Those will kick up dirt and debris like crazy!
What colour you planning for the wheels? They look awesome so far btw.
The links take like 10 mins to install very straight forward.
I think you should consider paint matching a majority of the trim and the grill surround white, while painting/wrapping certain parts (taillight bezels, rear step pad, window trim, grill rings) in gloss black for some contrast. Then you can keep the wheels bronze and it will look killer.
I tried ordering them in the matte silver but they don't offer the finish anymore.
A part of me wants to stay in the silver range but I think the darker tones toughen it up a little. I change my mind everyday so we'll see what happens, haha.
