Hey, new to the Jeep life.

Picked up a 2017 Summit.
4x4
Hemi
Quad Lift

It's not going to be an over the top build but i figured I'd post anyways.
So far I've just de-badged, tinted and that's really it.

I had a similar situation with mine, except mine didn't shut all the way. Took it in to the dealer & they replaced the fuel door. Problem solved.

By they way, I like the color of the new wheels now. Different in a cool unique way. What color are you going with?

These things are wider than I expected lol

Yes, definitely going to be throwing road slop down the side of that beautiful white Summit. I'd seriously consider exchanging them for something with an offset closer to stock or a little less width. May also cause issues with tire wear

Oh lord hah.

Thanks, I love the bronze on white but I think there's too much silver trim on it to completely look done right.

You'll have to wait and see the finish in going with! Haha

It'll be in the silver/grey family.

How hard was it to install the links for the drop?

I got quoted for $900 to do the wheels like I wanted.

I might just get quote to see if it's around the same price to get all the silver trim painted in a combination of pearl white/black/matte bronze.

Land vehicle Tire Rim Wheel Vehicle

This was the color.
Super chrome base and a tinted clear.

The links take like 10 mins to install very straight forward.

I think you should consider paint matching a majority of the trim and the grill surround white, while painting/wrapping certain parts (taillight bezels, rear step pad, window trim, grill rings) in gloss black for some contrast. Then you can keep the wheels bronze and it will look killer.

Sweet I need to get some ordered. I'm assuming 16's are the same as 17's?

Yeah I was initially going to do it all in black and go with black wheels but everyone seems to go that route across all types of cars.

I'm probably going to do the window trim black and do a few in the matte bronze.

I'm also adding some custom MGP calipers. I'm doing them in a factory viper color, just waiting on which direction I'm going.

These are the colors I'm choosing from.
Race yellow
Bright blue
Venom red
Y'Orange
