Very nice job. Both look great. I had a 2nd gen Neon, but it of course wasn't as fun as yours'.

Thumbs up Re: 2011 WK2 saved from the grave

Thanks guys.

I have to give most credit to my dad who owns a body/collision repair and paint shop. He did most of the real work, I did what I could which was taking off wrecked parts and putting on new parts and doing the interior work.

It's color is blackberry and I'll take some better pictures when I detail it.

As far as how long it took, most of the time was for paperwork stuff (it took over 2 months just to get a new title after all the work was done). It also took a while for a few parts (another couple months). Besides that it didn't take long for the actual repair. I bought car mid-March of 2013 and registered it the first week of December...

For costs, let's just say it was worth it. I wouldn't have been able to afford this beastie otherwise!

Hey there, (Bump thread) Nice work. I can relate!! I did mine that way too with same damage (Both bags-dash & all up front stuff). Lots of fun parts & pieces. Getting the finer parts to fit was a nice challenge. It is great how a lot of the GC WK2s come out of a front end limiting the damage to that area.
