2012 Jeep GC New Member Bay Area with a ?

Hey guys. Long time lurker, first time poster. Figured it was time to introduce myself and start posting. In 2011 I got my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo E in the dark grey color. Love it! Customized with a little bit of chrome but want to do more. Recently turning 21, I figured it's time to really do what I've been wanting: Bi-Xenon lights in place of the halogen. Honestly pretty much a car newbie so doing it myself isn't really an option. Probable have been posted before, but what's the best way I can get bi-xenon in my WK2? I'm a Bay Area college student in Nor Cal and only have about $300-500 to spend total on the job, but hoping some suggestions can help me out. There's some body shops around here that seem to have cheap labor, but if anyone has any tips for starting out, what to look for, what to buy etc. that would be awesome! I'm looking for lights that resemble the OEM ones and not ones that look really aftermarket or cheap.

Btw, if anyone is local in the Bay Area with a WK2 I'm down for some off roading or something! Pretty much only been on the beach and the 101 mostly so I'm ready for my 4X4 to show me what it can do!

Thanks guys and Im lookin forward to posting more and gettin to know people!

Try Hollister Hills off-road park for a variety of trails. And Pismo Beach for sand. If we get more snow head to the Sierras!
